Spiriway Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Standards
Zero-Tolerance Policy
1. Purpose and Scope
Spiriway is a spiritual education and personal growth platform intended exclusively for adults. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. These standards apply to:
All Spiriway users
All content submitted, shared, or hosted on the platform
All partners, contributors, and administrators
Any violation results in immediate and permanent action.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
Spiriway strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or interaction that involves, depicts, promotes, or implies child sexual abuse or exploitation, including but not limited to:
Sexual content involving minors in any form
Sexualized depictions of minors, real or fictional
Grooming behaviors or attempts to build inappropriate relationships with minors
Requests for sexual content involving minors
Discussion, normalization, or advocacy of child exploitation
Links to external content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
This prohibition applies regardless of context, including artistic, spiritual, fictional, symbolic, or educational framing.
There are no exceptions.
3. Age Restrictions
Spiriway is intended for users 18 years of age or older
We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or access platform content
Any account suspected of belonging to a minor may be suspended pending review
4. Content Review and Enforcement
Spiriway enforces CSAE standards through:
Manual review by administrators or moderators
Review of user-submitted reports
Direct administrative action when violations are discovered
When potential CSAE violations are identified:
The content is immediately removed
The associated account is permanently banned without warning
Relevant data is preserved where legally required
5. Reporting to Authorities
Spiriway cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. When required by law, confirmed or suspected child sexual abuse material will be reported to appropriate agencies, including:
The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
Relevant national or international law enforcement bodies
6. User Reporting
Users may report suspected CSAE-related content or behavior through:
In-app reporting tools, where available
Emailing support@spiriway.com
Reports are handled promptly, confidentially, and seriously.
Abuse of reporting systems may result in account action.
7. Platform Responsibility and Values
Spiriway exists to support healing, education, and self-awareness.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation are fundamentally incompatible with our mission.
We do not allow spiritual, philosophical, or symbolic justification for harm to minors.
Protection of vulnerable populations is a non-negotiable responsibility.
8. Policy Updates
These standards may be updated to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Continued use of Spiriway constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
