Clairvoyance Practice Object : Choose any object and carefully study it. Close your eyes and visualize the object in your mind's eye. Rotate the object in your imagination, viewing it from different sides. You may select up to three objects to practice with.
Remember:
Select one of the objects from the previous exercise. Without physically handling the object, visualize it in your mind's eye. Rotate the object mentally, examining it from all angles, including the top and bottom. Now, imagine the object becoming elastic in your mind's eye, able to stretch and return to its original shape. Playfully manipulate the object in your imagination by pulling at its corners or passing your finger through it. Feel free to be creative and have fun.
Window Shopping:
While you're out and about, find an object that catches your interest. Avoid touching or moving the object. Once you spot something you'd like to explore, find a place to pause and rest. In your mind's eye, visualize the chosen object and begin rotating it mentally. Observe its curves, lines, colors, and angles. Once you feel you have thoroughly explored the object, proceed to see how well you did when you check the actual object.
Testing :
Find a comfortable spot to sit and set the intention, in collaboration with your guide, to bring one of the training objects into your mind's eye. Try to identify the object that your guide presents to you. Once you have successfully identified the object, your guide will show you another one to continue the practice.
Movie Night :
Select a photograph or painting, preferably a still-life artwork, that you appreciate. Memorize the details of the object depicted. Sit in meditation with the image in front of you and visualize it in your mind's eye. Gradually bring a part of the scene to life, introducing movement to the objects. Progressively add more elements to create a short movie-like experience. Conclude the meditation when you can vividly see the scene in motion.
Sweet, but what is it?
Set the intention that your guides will communicate messages to you through your mind's eye. Begin your meditation practice and remain receptive to receiving messages from the spirit world. Keep in mind that these messages may initially appear hazy or obscured, similar to viewing a painting through fog. Some individuals may perceive the messages as images or pictures.
Feel free to incorporate these practices into your daily routine, progressing from one exercise to the next. Remember to have patience and enjoy the process.
